bought new RAM installed it after pulling the power and earthing myself turn on and the DRAM LED stuck on, thought yeah cool just MemOk, didnt work. Went to tput my old RAM back in and RAM light comes back on.

Try firstly clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for few minutes) then installing only one RAM stick (from the old kit).
