Is this barebones kit worth the money?

I'm considering going barebone because I've never built a computer before. How good would this computer be? Is it worth the amount I'm paying for it? Can I get a better computer at the stores for this price?

It depends on what you want to do with it. With a $2000 budget I would want more than a 560 TI for graphics, but you could do a lot worse.
