Need a new cooler

hey ive had the 1090t since October and been thinking of getting a new cooler seeings that i only have a very standard £14 cooler, got it clocked to 3.8 had it at 4.0 but didnt really wanna risk it with the cooler i have, so do any of you guys have any suggestions on what would be good to keep it clocked and stable at 4.0 or even higher for a reasonable price? thanks in advance.

For Air, Hyper 212 (+/EVO)

For sealed water: Corsair H60 or H80

i was thinking of the evo what are the temps at that speed?

Depends on case airflow, ambient temps, voltage, etc.
