Upgrading a budget gaming machine

hi all,

I currently would like to upgrade my $800 budget gaming build. I would like to spend about $750
What im interested in: processing speeds, ram
what im not interested in: i dont really need a awesome graphics card.

that leaves me at $545. Do i need to upgrade my psu or can i handle this? Also currently i hate my case but i dont want to buy a cheap case and then when it comes time to upgrade again i need to buy another case so im thinking something like: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133192 , but thats just if i have extra money

You can upgrade your ram by 8 gb when it's on sale again for $30, but that's really all you need to do. You could also add a 64 gb ssd for less than $100. I use ssd's in both my systems since I don't require space for large files, and will not go back to regular hardrives.
