I am looking to order this computer from cyberpowerpc and i was looking for some feedback.

Case: Coolermaster Elite 430 or Haf 912
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1055T
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6950
CPU Cooling Fan: Thermaltake FRIO Overclocking Cooler Fan
Motherboard: GigaByte GA-970A-D3
Memory: 8 GB (2GBx4) 1600 DDR3 MHz
Power Supply: Thermaltake Toughpower XT TPX-775M Modular 80 Plus Power Supply
Hard Drive: 1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD
DVD Drives: 2x 24X Double Layer Dual Format DVD+-R/+-RW + CD-R/RW Drive

I was wondering which case would be better (cooling, size wise, etc) and whether or not the CPU cooling fan is neccesary and if i should change the PSU to a different one. Thanks in advance.

yeah for anything over $800 you should be aiming for the i5 2500k for gamings
