Can i get upgrade to blue ray on my vaio e series

i see there is a free upgrade to play blue ray which mines wasnt bought with. it says this offer lasts untill 28th march but i dont know where to find the download or do i have to take it back to the dealer?
and my skype control keeps reverting the outgoing picture to gunmetal even when i reset it as default nornal picture. what can i do to fix it please?

My husband now informs me I already have blue ray! sorry about that.I still have aproblem with my skype picture though.
