ASRock X79 Extreme6 ATX LGA2011

is the ASRock X79 Extreme6 ATX LGA2011 good for overclocking? or is there somthing better out there that is not too expensive my budget is $325 for a MoBo


I want to overclock the Intel Core i7-3930K 3.2GHz 6-Core to something like 5Ghz. could you please explain why I should or shouldn't go for this motherboard, I have one too many people saying not to get it and not explaining why.

I read a few articles about this mobo/processor combo - most are getting stable overclock speeds of 4.4 - 4.6 Ghz.
