The Processor should be an i5-2500k and the mobo could be the z68.

I do not know about your shopping options, but I will list Newegg parts for reference. You can then compare to what is available locally.

then 8gb(2x4gb kit) DDR 1333 or 1600 ram if you have 64 bit OS, or 4gb(2x2gb kit) if you have 32 bit OS. My preferred brands are Corsair, Kingston, Crucial, or Mushkin.

There is another site that offers the processor at lesser cost, but I do not think they ship internationally either. http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml...

If a go for i5 2500K, gigabyte Z68 DS3, Corsair Vengeance 2X 4GB 1600MHz, do i need a CPU cooler too...i believe its needed if i want to Overclock it, but i wonder how it performs at stock speed as i really want to be in budget, At the moment i just want to play games at 40+ FPS, Also please check if i go with these specs will my PSU be enough if a don't overclock...:)

You don't have to overclock to play games at 40 fps I would think not. Be sure to get a 600-700W PSU for gaming. Also, an aftermarket cpu cooler would be needed if you Overclock it, though.

Hey Tlmck, your specs look impressive, if i go with your MOBO and processor plus if i add my 560Ti, How does it look...in my opinion it looks really great...also as i am gaming at 1900X1080, i'll be able to get 40+ FPS in most of the games at ultra settings easily, wat say...:)

Works for me. You will need another cooler for overclock, but I would try it at stock speed first. I think you will be pleased. If you do get another cooler, the COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus is relatively cheap and works well.
