Dell 545s - 1GB Graphics Card upgrade

Hello,

I am looking to upgrade my Graphics Card.

I know i definately need a Low-profile card, but I am getting confused with what wattage my PC might be using.
Some have said 250w - but how can i be sure?

I have the following spec pc:

If you wanne be sure about the wattage, open your case and have a look at the power supply.
