The compatibility of the gfx card is dependent on the motherboard, not the processor. But if the board has a PCIe X16 slot, you can use any card that fits the slot no matter what version PCIe the card is. However, the E4500 is a pretty weak processor by today's standards. Any card beyond say... the HD 7770 or GTX 650 would start to become bottle necked by the processor.
