Problems with hp dv7 laptops

My advise is to go buy a new computer. HP chooses to ignore problems. My new dv7 HP is now in Houston, Tx for repair - only bought it in
November 2011. JUNK. Too many problems to
list here, but it is the new Intel I7 and is slower
than you can imagine, when it works. Locks up,
and yes mine runs hot too. Good luck.
