Nee help on a LOW BUDET pc

Hey guys, so I've been trying to build a computer for around 400-500$ and I can't come up with anything great, so I need your help !

Country: Canada

Usage: LoL, WoW, eventualy D3, Websurfing.

Price Range: 400$ to 500$, keep it as low as possible

Prefered Websites: Newegg, NCIX, Tigerdirect

Upgrade/Oc'ing: In the future/Yes

I already have an HDD, mouse, keyboard, but I need a complete tower with screen.

Not going to be possible for $500, especially if you need monitor and plan to overclock, it definitely can't be done.
