I'd say you have room to spare just on the default outer specs. Obviously that isn't an inside measurement on the case, but the card is only 8.76", not one of those massive Radeons that took special cases. I have 2 of these 5770s in a smaller Antec 300 case:

1/2" shorter is all. You'll have room to spare.
