What would be a good small case (small in comparison to an antec 300) for a i5 2500k, radeon 5750, and single 1tb hdd? Are there any smallish cases that could accomodate a full-size atx mobo and/or maybe even a hyper 212+? My antec 300 is looking very empty and it's really annoying to bring anywhere.

But it's huuuge and so annoying to carry around (though I do carry it around rarely).

Know of any smallish mini-atx cases for another build with a stock athlon ii x2 245, microatx, 1 hdd, and a 5570?

And watercooling is out of the question.

I like the Cooler Master 360. It is very compact yet fits a standard ATX power supply and board with normal profile PCI slots. I've got a box running with a shortish HD4850 and an Athlon 435.

It's narrow though; the 212+ won't fit, but a GeminII should fit though if it kills you to run with stock.

Can you provide a little more detail on what you are looking for? Is portability the number one concern, or is it just size?

What about a full ATX HTPC case like one of these?

or a small mini-tower:

Edit: A high performance, low profile cooler like this one that I have in my HTPC should fit in basically any case.

One of these would be cool, but they're out of stock.

Although I don't understand the reasoning behind a 22lb Lan Box with 8HDD bays and 9 fans. Unless it's the server, maybe.
If I were building a Lan Box I'd go for something like this.

The case is 7.2" wide so it MIGHT fit a CM212HSF. I have a 7.48" wide case and easily have 1/4" clearance on my CM212. It will fit most video cards unless they're a foot long. Also, only an SSD because it's shock resistant and weighs less than a HDD but an HDD would be possible. Case has plenty of bays for drives.
