FX CPU overclocking question

hi. So are the fx-4100/ 4170 the exact same cpu and just clocked higher? If so, should they be able to be overclocked to the same level? (say 5ghz) Or will the fx 4170 overclock higher? (how bout the 6100/6200 and 8120/8150). Are these the exact same CPUs with different clock speeds? Should they be able to overclock to the same level?
