I need to decide which memory to use

hi, im planing to buy new memory kits for my rig im kinda new to this so forgive me.. my specs are..

Motherboard :ASRock 970DE3/U3S3
CPU: Phenom II x4 955 BE

well the real problem is i cant decide which memory to buy im planing to have atleast 8gb of RAM and my options are..

2 kits of G.SKILL Ripjaws X 4GB (2GBx2) DDR3 1333 Mhz "CL7"
or

1 kit of G.SKILL ARES 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3 1333 Mhz "CL9"
or

1 kit of G.SKILL ARES 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3 1600 Mhz "CL9"

They said that CL7 is faster than CL9 so i want to know which is best for my CPU and MoBo since im not planing to upgrade CPU anytime soon

And Btw, the motherboard have 4 slots for RAM and from what i read in some threads i can also use 1600 Mhz Memory in my CPU (phenom II x4 955 BE)

Read the link: (that is for intel, and I am sure it fit for AMD system too)
    http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/memory/2011/01/11/the-best-memory-for-sandy-bridge/1

So come down to the price of the RAM. And get the--G.SKILL ARES 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3 1600 Mhz "CL9" .
