I just bought a ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO Motherboard running an AMD Phenom x4 965 BE and XFX HD6870, i don't plan on overclocking these really, but yeah. The PSU I was looking at was a XFX Pro 450W - http://www.cclonline.com/product/55411/P1-450S-XXB9/Power-Supplies/XFX-Pro-450W-Power-Supply-Unit-Core-Edition-/PSU0202/ because i'm trying to stick to a tight budget, I was looking at a bundle deal with the Coolermaster GX650w, but it's got some pretty crummy reviews, But anyways, I was looking for something around the £40 mark, would this be enough? Thanks.

Yes it will be enough.

Shows a system using an i7-920 (roughly as power hungry as a Phenom II X4) and an XFX 6870 BE drawing 322W at the wall under Furmark.
10-20% can be taken off this number to have an idea of what their system needed and an idea of what your system will draw on a very heavy load.

The XFX Pro 450W Core Edition is a high quality unit which can deliver 450W continuously at ambient temps up to 50C and it has two PCIe connectors.
