Support 2 660ti ??

Will this motherboard,
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H-WB - LGA1155 Intel Z77 Chipset

support:
2 - EVGA GeForce GTX 660Ti SUPERCLOCKED 2048MB GDDR5 DVI-I, DVI-D, HDMI, DP, SLI Graphics Card (02G-P4-3662-KR) Graphics Cards 02G-P4-3662-KR

with:
Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I73770K

and is this ram adequate:
G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) Ripjaws X Series DDR3 1600MHz 240-Pin PC3-12800 Desktop Memory F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

Yes, it has two pcie 3.0 slots 16x(dual mode 8x/8x) , which supports SLI, it supports the two 660 ti.
Also that cpu is perfectly compatible, the z77 motherboard were made specifically for ivybridge cpus, including that one.
The ram is adequate, and it's a good one.
