a few things, you need to use a small good gun, something you can keep
running with, be on full health and armour too. If you can find one,
park a bike outside the station, slightly to the right of the steps
seems to be a good place. Once you have the guy out of the cell ignore
him if you have to, don't worry about him. They won't touch him and
better still he won't go anywhere without you, so he will wait
patiently while you make your single handed getaway. Head in the
direction of the shopping mall area, if you can remember where the
police stars are you can collect one or two on the way but you are
looking for the pay and spray which is by the water. Once you have
sprayed and got rid of the stars you can then return at leisure and
pick up numbnuts, who is waiting where you left him. you're not wanted
now so take your time, if you collect a wanted star before you reach
his house you will have to get rid of it before you can take him home.
