Is this a good overclock i5 2500k?

im currently ruuning 4.3ghz wih a vcore of 1.22: thi is the vcore that is dispalyed in the touch bios under current pc status next to vcore while running intel burn test. so when i run intel burn test, im looking at gigabytes touch bios pc status page and it says my vcore is 1.22 when im running intel burn test to the maximum. is there any better program to check vcore beecasue my bios things sucks. and is this a good overclock meaning are the settings good. 4.3ghz at 1.22vcore? if not what should i do? im currently running hyper 212 evo.

Use cpu-z to check your vcore, and use hwmonitor to monitor your temps.
