Need motherboard replacement suggestions

Hello,
so my motherboard died. and I need a new one, i'm just not sure what I should get. my old mobo was an Asus m2npv-vm. I really need the new one to be compatible with my current hardware,I can't afford to upgrade right now. so here are my specs:
cpu- amd phenom 9500 quad core processor
gpu- nvidia geforce 8800 gts 640 mb
memory- 2 GB ram
hard drive- 160 GB sata
OS- windows 7 ultimate and Linux Ubuntu duel boot

You need a am2+ socket for your processor,
This is the only board I could find on newegg with AM2+ socket

Honestly I'd say you buy a new computer if you can.
You can build a system for less than $500
