Can someone recommend a cheap wireless adapter for windows 7? Like around $20 and usb interface? I have a 2wire router that was setup by at&t (not sure if I can change it cus tv and everything goes through one box), and they threw in a 2wire wireless adapter, but it sucks. It randomly drops signal and doesn't get a very strong signal even though the router is 20 feet away. I had a cheap trendnet adapter for my xp machine but couldn't find drivers for windows 7.
Also do you think the reason it drops is the adapter or possible the router? Cus I watch netflix through nintendo wii which is in the same room as the router and that never has any issues and gets great bandwidth. My laptop with an internal card never seems to have much trouble either... pretty sure I should replace the adapter.
