Hello could you rate my build and see if everything is +- okay and no bottleneck signs x)..

This is it. Nothing else:) 
Purpose: light/medium gaming. No 3D. No multiple monitors. Perhaps a pc to last at least 1-2 years?

It looks fine, just make sure the RAM is on the Motherboard's QVL or vice versa.

I'd suggest going with a 500GB mechanical drive just to be on the safe side for now. Don't get me wrong - Crucial makes excellent SSDs, but with a full Windows install taking up 16GB and each game taking anywhere from 8 - 16GB that space will fill quickly and then you'll regret not having the extra space (trust me I know from experience).

This would be a better motherboard for not too much more than what you have already - the chipset is newer and will have better support for newer CPUs like the FX series should you decide to upgrade later on:

You don't need this - most cases already include plenty of fans to begin with and a single extra fan isn't going to have too much of an impact already on your case's airflow. You're better off getting a low cost CPU cooler like the Hyper 212 or skipping this entirely and putting that money into getting a better motherboard and then adding the coolers later.
