HD 5670 uses less power and gives better performance than the GT 240.

Yes the 5670 is also a directx 11 card, which is a must in a new buy.

In lower range Discreet Graphics AMD Radeon is far ahead.

+1 to all the above, 5670 is the one. Although you dont mention your CPU, ram, OS or current GFX card specs. You can have a 5670 and play crysis well at that res, but if you have a crap CPU you will get poor performance no matter what gfx card you have.
