560 GTX Problem

I recently just purchased a 560 GTX (upgrading from a 9800GT) and I have noticed that I am getting the exact same performance as I did with the 9800GT. Same FPS and everything. My computer specs are:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

AMD Phenom 9100e Quad-Core 1.80GHz

8GB DDR2 RAM

560 GTX

1440x900 Resolution

Is my CPU bottlenecking me? I mean, I expected a little of a bottleneck but not to the degree of it running the exact same as it was with my 9800GT.

You most likely are, yes.

An AMD Phenom at 1.8 GHz and a resolution of 1440x900 does not push the graphics cards enough to make a difference, apparently.

Yup. Weak processor at a low resolution = don't bother to upgrade the GPU.
