Use a website or a program to detect all parts of your system, check that everything is recognised.

What kind of cooling do you have? It could be that your components are getting very hot and are not able to perform right if you don't have any/enough/big enough fans in there.

•You can try and keep this setting just as it is and switch to Basic desktop mode before launching the applications that usually fire up this Action Center notification. Or,
•You can right click the icons you use to fire up these full screen applications, clicking properties and under the Compatibility tab tick Disable desktop composition. This will disable the Desktop Window Manager Session Manager service during execution of this application which will increase system and video memory and avoid some application incompatibilities. A likely cause for your Action Center message if you have enough system and video memory but are stuill getting this message with certain games or full screen applications.

Looks fine. Windows 7 I take it? By crash, do you mean BSOD. Have you made sure Windows is up to date? Update your BIOS? You might also make sure the firmware in your SSD is up to date. When do you get the crash? When I built my system, I was running a traditional 3.5' WD Caviar drive. All was well. I later upgraded to an SSD and was getting an occasional crash when trying to shut down. I think a Windows update resolved the issue.

if its a memory issue it could have to do with Skyrim, i heard the game was programmed to limit memory usage to 2 Gigs of memory.
