Motherboard+graphic card help! (gaming)

Im planning on building my own gaming pc, however i don't know what the most reliable and suitable, graphic cards and motherboards to buy are, for an i7 6core processor... If anyone could give me a push in the right direction or give me the name of a brand to look into i would have the up most respect for you.

you dont need a 6 core/12 thread processor for gaming. Buy an Intel 3570K And a CPU cooler like the Noctua NH-D14, Phanteks PH-TC14PE , or Coolermaster TPC 812 and overclock your CPU to 4.2Ghz...

And for motherboard, go for an Asus P8Z77 V Deluxe and if you want thunderbolt go for Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP5-TH
