The radiator(the black box) needs airflow in order to get rid of heat. If you place it against a panel you'll have nil airflow which will completely de-worthify the worth of the h70. You HAVE to mount it in a ventilated vent with air passing through swiftly.

So are you considering cutting out something to make space for it? Cause it needs to be mounted to a vent...
