Help finding Max TDP

I have a Dell i570 pc and i wanna upgrade my dell cpu from a amd athlon x2 250 regor 3.0ghz to a phenom x4 965 but I dont know the max tdp my motherboard can handle atm the cpu i have is got a max of 60w tdp my motherboard model is Dell O4GJJT Can anyone tell me my max tdp?

Also I found a athlon x4 cpu brand new on ebay that's got a a max tdp of 45w would that be a great upgrade to my current one? I am thinking of buying I am basicly tryin to make a mid range gaming rig that can run diablo3 and guildwars 2 maxed out I already got a gpu and psu picked out need to know this one bottle neck a 7780 or a gtx650
