Hello, this memory can run at 1866Mhz with CL9?? I must have minimum a 1866Mhz and CL9 to IGP in APU

Yes it can but the system might be unstable. You should so for a 1866MHz card instead also they are cheaper than 2400MHz.
If you have already bought the card then reset the bios and the bios will automatically set the ram settings to what suits the motherboard best.
