New asus motherboard no video

Hello,
I bought a ASUS P8WBS motherboard today with and an Intel i7 3rd Gen chip. Also, a new graphics card from Nvidia. The GeForce GTX 650. I've installed everything correctly and I get no video. Then, I used the onboard video card, still, to no avail. I took out the RAM and replace them and still, no video.NOT EVEN THE BIOS. Can anyone help?

Are all the fans powering up? Do you get any message on the screen? Try a different cable and check the monitor is working.
Reset the bios and start with one ram card in slot 2 and without any hard drive and see if the works.
