44 Pin IDE Flash Drive

I'm having problem to backup the 44pin IDE flash drive (industrial type) 16GB.
Anyone help me how to backup that flash drive ?
Is there any USB to IDE reader to read that ? ( I already tried with the USB to IDE reader but can't detect)
