No idea what to get for diy cpu with 1.2k max

So I was searching like an idiot for help with all keywords I could think of and came to the example I've used below. Hope that helps me? So I hope someone can recommend me something decent for my new DIY cpu? Thanks in advance.

Approximate Purchase Date: Tomorrow if possible

Budget Range: 1 - 1.2k sgd max

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Netsurfing, etc.

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse. I guess that's all.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: No clue

Country: Singapore

Parts Preferences: call me a pc idiot but probably amd graphics, gigabyte motherboards, intel i7 processor? I really need advice.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Recommendations?

Monitor Resolution: Not sure.

Additional Comments: Quiet PC would be great? And whatever I should have?

For your use you should be looking at building around I5 2500K on a Z68 chip set board. HD7850/70 would be my suggested choices on GPU.
