Power Suply Question

Hello everyone, before killing me, I already checked the Power Suply post by admin but the page dosen't work.

So, I wondering if my 350W PSU will support this setup:

AMD Athlon II X2 260 3.20GHz skt AM3
GOODRAM 2GB DDR3 1333Mhz CL9 (2x)
Gainward GeForce GT440 2GB DDR3 128-bit
MSI 880GMS-E35


It's very low budget pc and a little crappy I think, but the current PC give's me anal pain.

It's more than you need. A quality 200W PSU would be fine.
