Im expecting to run Battlefield 3, Skyrim and Deus ex human revolution on 1920x1080 max - ultra graphics 40-80 fps.

Welcome to the forums.

First of all drop to 8GB of ram. Get a better mobo. Also drop the H80. Get a smaller case. Maybe the HAF 912? Grab a 2500k and ASRock Gen3 mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157271 Then grab either a 650w or 750w. 750w if you want to Crossfire in the future.

Tell you what. Could you fill out this form here? http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261222-31-build-advice It will give me the information I need to advise you on part selection.

Cheers!

Approximate Purchase Date: Around mid January
Budget Range: 950-1200$$
Parts Not Required: Mouse, Keyboard, Speakers, Monitor
Parts Preferences: AMD Processors, Radeon HD GPU's
Overclocking: Maybe
Additional Comments: I have that H80 in there because my friend's 955 phenom runs at 4.0 ghz with it at 45C after 3 hours of battlefield. [my friend is able to get me a 50% discount on the 955 phenom]
