I'm looking to switch over from an AMD FX-6200 build with ASUS Sabertooth 990FX to an i5 3570k. I loved the Sabertooth series for the AMD build I've had for about a year now, but looking back at the equivalent Intel version and and that same Asus board is about $230+. I saw these two MSI boards on Newegg and they're practically identical in my eyes and I can't figure out the difference.

Here's the one for $144:

And then what appears to be the same thing for $124:

After looking at the spec sheets it looks like the expensive one has two more 3.0 USB ports, but there's gotta be something else that separates em right? If anybody here has a recommendation on either of these two that'd be awesome. Also if there's something else in the under $170 price range that'd be awesome too. Thanks guys.

The G65 has:
Better LAN hardware
Better RAM OC (up to 2800+ vs 2650)
Better RAID options

And these:
1 x Power button
1 x OC Genie button
1 x Reset button
1 x Clear CMOS jumper
CPU x 1 / System x 4 FAN connectors
