Just bought new dell with AMD Radeon HD 6450 1gb ddr3. It detects all three of my displays but has the third display listed as "disabled". How do I enable the third monitor for a three monitor set up?

Thanks.- :)

For 3 display to work on AMD card. One screen must be plugged to the display port. If you don't have a monitor that connect via display port, you need an active adaptor.

That list is not absalute. You don't have to buy the ones suggested on the list. It is just there to help you as a guideline.

But the HD 6450 that comes with the Dell XPS 8300 doesn't have a DisplayPort port. It only has VGA, HDMI and DVI. Could it be that Dell has a different version of HD6450?
