Which ASRock mobo do you prefer?

ASRock H77M

Have no idea which one to pick, I'd like to go with the one which is more reliable, but since I'm still pretty new at building PCs (2nd build, 1st was 7 years ago) I don't really know which to grab. Any help is appreciated. I also don't want to break $750

If you can afford the H77M get it, it has more features, overall better board.
Also the i5-3470 is cheaper, same performance wise as the i5-3570, both are locked cpus.
