Will the ATI HD Radeon 5770 Fit?

I have a HP pavillion - p6345a

and I am wanting to replace its current ATI HD Radeon 5450 with a ATI HD Radeon 5770. I was wondering if the 5770 would fit in this case and is its current PSU enough?
Also, if I did replace my current graphics card, how fast would it run games like MW3 and BF3?

I don't know about the case. A 5770 would be able to handle those games decently on low-to-medium settings, assuming 1920x1080 resolution.

It will fit but you need a new psu, yours is 300w, and recommended is 450w. Any standard atx psu will fit, which is pretty much every psu. The antec earthwatts 430w is probably the best choice.
