PCI Simple communications Controller

I have the Asus P8Z77-M MotherBoard with an i5-2500k, gtx 660 2GB SC and for some reason I can not find the right PCI Simple Communications Controller... Can anyone help me with this I'm stuck with my build and its hurting me I can't get any work done....

under Chipset?

i have run in to the same issue. what i have is a MSI h87-g43 board and i dont have any driver for the same "PCI simple.... " thing. any idea as to where i could find the driver for this?

I found that this device disappeared after installing the Intel Chipset drivers as well as the USB 3.0 driver on my R704A.
