Where can I find a USB 3.0 adapter like this with opposite endings?

Hi all,

I am in need of a USB 3.0 90 degree adapter as the one linked below, except I need the male end to be where the female end is, and vice versa. If anybody has one or knows where to get one that would be great!! Just cant seem to find one, but I'd think that there has to be one out there somewhere.
