ASRock Z77 Extreme6 $50 vs Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H $95

I'm doing a gaming build with a 3570K and was holding off on getting the parts waiting for some kind of sale from Micro Center. So right now on sale, with the purchase of a 3570K, they are offering the ASRock Extreme6 for only $50 (which seems like a steal) or the Gigabyte UD3H for $95. What would you guys recommend?

$50 for the ASRock seems like a great deal but if saving money means much lesser quality or headaches down the road I'd rather just spend more money on the Gigabyte.

Get the asrock z77 extreme 6, it's cheaper, overall it's better than the gigabyte, with more features on the asrock z77 extreme 6.
It's really a steal at that price.
