E2180 Upgrade to E8600

I am upgrading from E2180 CPU's to E8600 CPU's. Will the heat sink work ok on the E8600 if I re-use the one that was on the E2180 ? Ori will I have problems ?

It will work, but apply thermal paste before installation!
