I can't be much help for every part, but I do know you should get an i5-2500k since you might overclock in the future.

See the bad thing with the i5-2500K is that it will put a serious dent in the OP's budget if they need everything including monitor/keyboard/mouse/OS. On that budget the best you could do is an i3-2120 - which in and of itself is a great CPU, but it's not meant for games or any thing of that nature. I'd actually recommend the Phenom II X4 - it's no i5-2500K but it's definitely a good start for a system and one of the best bang-for-buck values on the market.

1.- theres nothing like a cpu made for gaming, theres none.

Please Look that They make an honorable Mention for the Phenom X4, But the I3, Outplayed him in all the Games Tittles tested, Even when I3 is a 2 core and the Phenom x4 is a real Quad Core.

3.- True, The i5k will Put a serious Dent in the Op, I think an i3 paired with an h67 Motherboard Would Do the trick. We need to Find the Sweet Spot.
