Has anyone figured out how to make the ATI TV-Wonder VE work with win2k? ATI's tv program refuses to run under win2k...are there any generic programs that will?

You might want to try www.snapstream.com. They have software they claim works with this card. Not sure if it does -- I use Win98SE and thus have no problems.
