Can I use my current PSU for new build?

I am having an Indian brand PSU (Frontech 450W), I am building a new PC whose specs are:
AMD phenom II X4 955 BE
WD cavier IDE HDD
4 GB ADATA 1333 MHz DDR3 RAM
ASUS M5A88-M MoBo
LG DVD-CD write optical drive
Will be adding a decent GPU later.

So my question is can my current PSU handle my system?

Yes, however I wouldn't use that power supply at ALL.

I'd say no, particularly if you are going to add a good GPU later.

actually, I was planning to buy PSU, GPU and a new HDD after 2/3 months, so will this PSU work for now (temporarily).
