Hi, so I recently put together a custom rig for gamin. Once I got it together and tried to boot it up I almost immediately got the warning "USB overcorrect status detected, system will shut down in 15 seconds" and then it shuts off. I started disconnecting components until finally I discovered that it only does this when the RAM is attached. Any ideas?

It doesn't sound like the RAM is the issue - just that it's affecting the DIMM slots as well.

Are you overclocking? What is your FSB set at? (If you have an intel chip, it should be no more than 100.00)

I have an AMD 4100 CPU which I believe has a 200 FSB speed, no overclocking.
