First build help please

Ok so its my first computer build (asus M2N - E motherboard) and I don't no much about computers but just gone to turn the computer on for the first time and nothing? The motherboard is getting power as the LED (on motherboard) is lit up when mains power is turned on at the unit but when pressing the front power switch theres nothing at all???? Can any one help me please????

The board has a 4-pin connector. Have you connected the corresponding power supply cable?

Yes mate turns out I put one of the usb wires for the front port the wrong way. Cheers anyway
