Mobo: Asus Rampage IV Extreme/BF3 X79 S2011 Intel X79 DDR3 ATX < HELP PLEASE
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 XMP
PSU: Corsair 850 Watt Pro Series Gold AX850 < IS THIS ENOUGH?
SSD: Corsair Memory 120GB Force Series 3 SATA 6Gb/s 2.5" Solid State
Case: HAF X? Help < PLEASE
Cooler: XSPC RS360 kit? Help < PLEASE

samsung F1/F3 1TB (Old system)
SSD: Vertex 2 60GB SSD (old system)

Can someone help me prehaps shave some money off this system, I'm not too sure about the Mobo and PSU, and SSD.

This system is for rendering.

you might even just want to get a regular i7 2600k, it still has hyperthreading, is cheaper, and should be plenty for rendering if im correct. and im not totally sure if 850W is enough, i dont have a TON of knowlege on power usages, but i always like to be safe so you might want to add another 50-100W onto that, might want to have someone second that though before you make any desisions.

I'm good on the i7 2600k seeing as I had to wait 9 hours for a 30 second scene, I need as much power as possible.

u sure that wasnt your graphics card? or hard drive?
