Asrock B75M vs GA-B75M-D3H

Hi, i'm building a new rig these days and I don't know which one of those to pick.
The asrock offers some interesting features like

which I don't know if they actually worth something or it's just marketing bullsh**
while the gigabyte b75m board offers the following features:

Support for @BIOS
Support for Q-Flash
Support for Xpress Install
Support for Xpress Recovery2
Support for Auto Green
Support for ON/OFF Charge
Support for Q-Share
Support for LAN Optimizer (Intelligent optimization network management tool)

The Gigabyte board is slightly cheaper than the asrock, which one should I go for?
I will be using turbo-boost most likely, a SSD, a HDD, HD7970 Windforce, 8GB (4x2) 1600mhz RAM CL11 and an i5 3470.

You can't buy the ASRock if you need 4 memory slots (unless you meant 2x4GB and not 4x2GB). Select the less expensive Gigabyte if it meets your requirements.
